Pranic Healing

Working with the body's energy anatomy — the eleven major chakras — to accelerate healing, balance hormones, and restore the vitality that nutrition alone sometimes can't reach.

What is pranic healing

The body has an energy body — and it needs care too.

Pranic Healing is a no-touch, energy-based system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui. It works on the principle that the body has an innate ability to heal itself — and that this process can be accelerated by working with prana (life energy) and the chakra system.

Each of the eleven major chakras governs specific organs, glands, and psychological states. When a chakra is depleted or congested, the organs it feeds can struggle — and emotions can feel stuck. Pranic Healing cleanses and energizes these centers, creating the conditions for the physical body to restore balance.

In the context of hormonal health, this matters deeply. The thyroid is governed by the throat chakra. Reproductive health is connected to the sex and navel chakras. Stress and cortisol live in the solar plexus. When we work the energy body alongside nutrition, we address healing at every layer.

The eleven major chakras

Each chakra is a gateway — to an organ, a gland, a feeling.

Understanding your chakras helps you see why a physical symptom and an emotional pattern often share the same root.

01

Crown Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the pineal gland, the brain, and the entire body. It is the entry point for divine energy.

Psychological

The center of higher intuition and the higher buddhic faculty — the seat of oneness and illumination.

02

Forehead Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the pineal gland and the nervous system.

Psychological

The center of wisdom, or the lower intuitive center. It is the higher correspondence of the throat chakra.

03

Ajna Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the pituitary gland — the master gland that regulates the entire endocrine system.

Psychological

Responsible for understanding abstract concepts and principles. The seat of the will and the directing center.

04

Throat Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the thyroid gland, the parathyroid, and the throat. Central to metabolic and hormonal health.

Psychological

The center of the concrete mind, the lower mental faculty, and the center for higher creativity. It is the higher correspondence of the sex chakra.

05

Front Heart Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the heart and the thymus gland — a key player in immunity.

Psychological

The center of higher emotions: peace, kindness, compassion, serenity, joy, patience, and sensitivity.

06

Back Heart Chakra

Physiological

Primarily controls and energizes the lungs. The front and back heart chakras are treated separately because of their different functions.

Psychological

Associated with the will aspect of the heart — the capacity to act on compassion and direct love outward as service.

07

Solar Plexus Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the diaphragm, pancreas, liver, and stomach. Present at both front and back of the body.

Psychological

The center of both positive lower emotions (ambition, courage, perseverance) and negative ones (anger, irritation, worry). Where stress and cortisol live.

08

Spleen Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the physical spleen. Present at both front and back of the body.

Psychological

Plays a vital role in general well-being. It affects the physical and psychological energy level of a person — when depleted, everything feels harder.

09

Navel Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the small and large intestines, and the appendix — the center of gut health and digestion.

Psychological

The center of the instinct for knowing — gut feeling, intuitive intelligence, and the body's own wisdom about what it needs.

10

Meng Mein Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the kidneys and the adrenal glands — critical for cortisol regulation, blood pressure, and energy.

Psychological

Regulates the upward flow of pranic energy from the basic chakra. It acts as a pumping station, governing the body's energetic pressure.

11

Sex Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the sex organs, bladder, and urethra. Directly connected to reproductive and hormonal health.

Psychological

The center of sexual instinct, creativity, and the life-force energy that drives both fertility and creative expression.

12

Basic Chakra

Physiological

Controls and energizes the muscular and skeletal systems. The foundation of physical vitality and structural strength.

Psychological

The center of self-preservation and the instinct of self-survival — grounding, stability, and the will to live fully.

Energy meets nutrition

Why pranic healing belongs in a wellness practice.

Nutrition rebuilds. Energy healing unblocks. Together, they let the body do what it already knows how to do.

Thyroid & the throat chakra

The throat chakra directly energizes the thyroid. When congested, it can slow metabolic healing — even when nutrition is dialled in. Clearing it creates space for the gland to respond.

Fertility & the lower chakras

The sex and navel chakras govern reproductive organs and gut health — both essential for conception. Pranic healing supports what whole-food nutrition builds.

Stress & the solar plexus

Cortisol, anxiety, and emotional reactivity all sit in the solar plexus chakra. Decongesting it helps calm the nervous system alongside anti-inflammatory nutrition.

Vitality & the spleen chakra

The spleen chakra governs overall energy levels. When a client feels drained despite eating well, this is often where the block sits — and where energy work makes the difference.
